1. Refunds: Minaash Atelier does not offer cash refunds. Refunds are only available for credit/debit card orders under the following conditions:
- If a customer cancels an order before we begin processing the shipment.
- If an item is found to be defective during the Pre-Delivery Inspection and is the only piece available, it will be removed from the order, and a refund will be issued.
2. Order Cancellation: Customers may cancel their orders at any time before processing begins.
3. Minaash's Cancellation Rights: Minaash Atelier reserves the right to cancel orders for the following reasons:
- The item is out of stock.
- There are pricing errors.
- The item is found to be defective during the Pre-Delivery Inspection.
- The credit/debit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
