1. Refunds: Minaash Atelier does not offer cash refunds. Refunds are only available for credit/debit card orders under the following conditions:

• If an item is found to be defective during the Pre-Delivery Inspection and is the only piece available, it will be removed from the order, and a refund will be issued.

3. Minaash's Cancellation Rights: Minaash Atelier reserves the right to cancel orders for the following reasons:

• The item is out of stock.
• There are pricing errors.
• The item is found to be defective during the Pre-Delivery Inspection.
• The credit/debit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
